These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UnblockingAPI, a web unblocking and data retrieval API platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by WK Operations Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and API keys, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and your subscription plan. You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent; exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan through automated or manual means; share account credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties; transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code through the Service; or use the Service to build a competing product or service.
Your use of the Service is subject to the usage limits and rate limits associated with your subscription tier. These limits include, but are not limited to, the number of API requests, bandwidth consumption, and requests per minute. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or restrict your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your usage constitutes abuse, exceeds fair use, or violates these Terms.
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen subscription plan. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information. Non-payment or failure to resolve payment issues may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT on our behalf. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
New subscribers are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of their initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at unblockingapi@wkoperations.com within the 14-day period. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. This guarantee applies only to the initial purchase; subsequent renewals are non-refundable.
The Service and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, code, APIs, documentation, design, and trademarks — are owned by WK Operations Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to or retrieve through the Service, but you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely as necessary to provide the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. The Service retrieves publicly available web content on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the retrieved data complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and intellectual property laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
